Ivy, textures and script calligraphy combine to make a classic card for any graduate.
Depicting a natural panorama, this Z-fold card is perfect for sons who are also fathers. Various drawings and scans of natural objects (bark, feather) are combined with sketch-book style watercolor to create a complex card.
For this general graduation card, I created a silhouette illustration of an oak tree over which was printed gold foil calligraphy and pen illustrations. Watercolor used for the acorn. The card opens to an insert printed with acorn borders and a graduation wish.
